Our Rates
(effective 1/08) Fees based on trips within 10 mile radius of business address. Additional charge of 45 cents per mile will be added outside 10 mile radius per trip.
Daily visits: $12.00
Vacation/Business trip care: Dogs, Cats, other small animals (maximum 4 species):
One visit per day: $12.00
Two visits per day: $22.00
Three visits per day: $33.00
Care of more than 4 animals: Additional $2.00 per animal per trip
Horse Care:
Full Care includes daily stall cleaning and re-bedding, daily feeding & watering, grooming, hoof care, medication if needed, turn-outs and turn-ins - $20 per visit up to 2 horses. $5.00 for each additional horse.
Turn-Out Care includes daily feeding & watering, medication if needed, hoof care - $15.00 per visit up to 2 horses. $5.00 for each additional horse.
Vet Visit: $12.00 plus $10.00 round trip (Small animals only)
House Sitting only: $11.00 for one daily visit
Holiday visits: Additional $2.50 fee per visit (includes New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & evening visits on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
Service visits occur between 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Visits are 30-45 minutes except night visits which are 15-30 minutes.
Visits include:
* Let pet out to relieve themselves, walk and playtime
* Provide fresh food and water
* Clean litter box, cage or other messes
* Give medications
* Bring in mail and newspapers
* Water plants inside and out
* Adjust drapes and lights, take out trash
Inclement Weather: We will make every attempt to provide your regular visits during bad weather, but cannot guarantee times or completion of visits during snow emergencies, tornado warnings, etc. Please let us know the contact information of a close neighbor with a key who can check in on your pets should your sitter be unable to access your home during these times. A backup plan with a neighbor is essential during these weather related events.
Should your sitter become ill or injured, we do have backup available to cover.
If at all possible please make your appointment a week in advance.
We encourage all clients to call when they return from their trip to let us know they arrived home safely and in a timely manner to care for their pets.
Key return: Should you require a key return, we will make arrangements to return your key as soon as possible. Extra trips may require an additional fee. For the security of your home and well-being of your pets, it is our preference to return your key in person or we can keep your key on file for future bookings. We are not responsible for keys left outside the home, and cannot make additional visits, if needed, if you've requested your key to be left inside the home.
